Bani and Maria

Maria Kast, Executive Coach and founder of CORE Leadership is certified by the John Maxwell Team. Her expertise is in guiding leaders and emerging leaders to find, trust and follow their own inner guidance, so that they stand on a strong foundation of self-leadership giving them the ability to lead their people well.

Maria operates with four CORE Pillars:

• Belief that all people are capable of changing (No matter what the facts are telling you)
• Non-Judgment/Unconditional Love/Positive Regard toward all people
• The responsibility of the leader to become their best selves and encourage their people to do the same
• Open to the idea that all humans have their own inner-coach leading them to their most desired outcome

Bani has been teaching people to connect to their Inner Coach, for the past 13 years. She holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Toronto and a Masters in Teaching from Nazareth College. She is certified through the University of California Medical Center to teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Bani facilitates personal and professional growth to individuals and groups through meditation and mindful awareness teaching people to be out-of-the box creators of dreams.
