This three-month group coaching program is for those who are ready and willing to explore the thoughts and behaviors that will help them transform into a visionary leader for both personal and professional success.
Core Leadership uses our CORE-4 Process with its unique mix of curriculum and coaching to bring out the best in emerging leaders.
One 30-minute pre-program goal-setting session
Two bi-weekly 90-minute group coaching sessions (curriculum + discussion)
Three individual coaching sessions per participant (1 per month)
Ten total participants per cohort
In addition to group and individual coaching sessions, participants will develop their potential for leadership by experiencing the following CORE-4 Process:
Current circumstances as the curriculum for evolving their leadership
Observing themselves, others and situations to leverage growth
Relentless Focus on evolving their thoughts and behaviors
Evolve themselves to to become a leader who inspires others
I have over 25 years of leadership experience, working with the best in the beauty, fashion and med-tech businesses. As a graduate of the CORE-4 Achievers Program myself, I implemented the concepts and experienced remarkable results.
