Hi! I’m Maria, an avid adventurer who’s connected to the Inner Coach and committed to evolution and growth.
I’ve both experienced and witnessed the profound impact evolving how you think and behave has on business growth.
With three successful businesses under my belt and extensive experience as an executive coach, I specialize in helping Executives develop a connection to their Inner Coach and get to the heart of their leadership evolution.
In 2019, I developed my own proprietary CORE-4 process, providing a structured yet intuitive approach for evolving individuals, teams, cultures and organizations.
My mission is to create leaders who embrace personal evolution to build a more positive influence on their people and communities in which they live.

Introducing the
Executive Leaders Group Coaching program
Our 3-month group coaching program is for those who are ready and willing to explore the thoughts and behaviors holding them back from becoming the kind of leader that achieves remarkable results in business and through their team.
In the Executive Leaders group coaching program, participants will learn how to:
identify
the behaviors that must change in order to reach personal and professional goals.
find, trust & follow
their Inner Coach to develop self-awareness and meaningful connections to optimize their leadership impact.
Embrace their zone of genius
and prioritize Inner Coach time for higher level thinking that supports their achievement of goals.
Manage their energy,
lead an engaged team and continually evolve themselves.
Each lesson includes implementation documents that equip the participants to engage in the work of their evolution as a leader.
Everything is included:
One 30-minute pre-program goal-setting session
Two bi-weekly 90-minute group coaching sessions (curriculum + discussion)
Three individual coaching sessions per participant (1 per month)
Access to Maria as needed with 24-hour response time during business hours for the duration of program
90-minute Evolve Your Leadership Team Workshop (virtual or in-person)
Small cohorts (ten total participants per cohort)
