I signed the papers today, January 3rd, 2022!  It’s official…the biggest leap in my business yet!

Let it go down that on this day I officially up-leveled my business. No, I mean really up-leveled…

Like with four team members, a new incredible offer and additional market to serve.

Why?

Because throughout 2021 I paid close attention to what I really love to do, where my zone of genius lies, and where I gain and give the most energy.  

What I found was no matter where I am…hiking, networking, socializing, working out, with friends…anywhere and everywhere, I absolutely LOVE ideation and brainstorming of ways that I can help people build a business…especially those that are brand-spankin’ new or just aspiring and dreaming of being a small business owner  Helping them get super clear on what, they want to create, who they want to work with and how they go to market

Remember back in the November newsletter I wrote about how at my strategic planning in Jupiter, FL I was sidetracked by “ An opportunity…that’s what! – A BIG, LEVEL UP YOUR LIFE & BIZ KIND OF IDEA!”

What I didn’t share were the specifics…..

Some of you know I have been in the midst of creating a group coaching program for aspiring & new coaches, consultants & freelancers who are ready to build a thriving sustainable business. One that doesn’t suck the life out of them.

I’ve been coaching already established small business owners to do just that for 5 years, and yet I’ve seen a gap and a need for the same type of coaching for aspiring entrepreneurs who just don’t know how to get started gaining their first clients.

So, I began creating a program this year to fill that gap and serve another market and do it in a way that someone just starting could commit to financially, getting the support they need in a flexible manner.

But as my CORE business continued to grow, I found I had less and less time to actually create the program.  I had the framework and much of the ideas for the lessons, however did not have the time to put them into digital format.

And then BIG NEWS!  My coach and colleague called me while in Jupiter to let me know she was selling her digital program and I was on the short list of potential buyers.

WOW! Seriously!! I mean for real, I was planning on making a plan to finish my program and launch it in 2023. I had been struggling with how to find the time to do it, and here the answer arrived when I just let go and opened up to all possibilities.

And here’s what I already knew…the bulk of her program was in complete alignment with me, my business, and my vision for this new market. With just a few tweaks here and there, I am able to make it my own and save precious time and money creating one from scratch.

This is what happens when you stay connected to your inner coach, serve your clients with excellence from your heart, and always stay open to the opportunities that come your way.

I want this up-leveling to happen for you too!!
