Maria is a 3x business owner and small business coach who’s been helping solopreneurs and CEOs with a team confidently grow their businesses since 2010.
She is empathetic, emotionally intelligent, a creative problem solver and experienced business owner and coach. In 2019 she developed her CORE proprietary process that teaches an intuitive, yet structured approach for growing a business. This CORE process has provided multiple six-figure results for both her and her clients.
She's the outdoorsy type and loves experiencing life, adventure and continuous personal growth.
Amanda Jane Turner, Strategy Coach & Adventurer
Amanda is one of our strategic coaches & trainers. She is a rebel and a change-maker with a heart for creating a better world. Amanda is passionate about cultivating courage in her clients. Her heart-first approach helps entrepreneurs excavate, align and express themselves in their marketing authentically and sustainably.
She has a unique way of clarifying insights, ideas, and processes to make them practical and actionable so her clients feel good about sharing the work they do with the world and attracting soul-fitting clients. Her combination of strategy, intuition, behavior change, and emotional intelligence was nurtured in her early career in non-profit community development. As a professional coach, Amanda fosters radical responsibility so her clients can grow personally and professionally.
As a curious creative, she has acquired an endless list of hobbies and random crafty skills. She is most often found in nature or on an adventure and is never without a book and a journal.
Tara Lynne Carpenter, Client Success Lead & Spiritual Seeker
Tara is our onboarding superstar, she makes sure you are set up for success in all of our programs and is there to connect you to the support your need.
As an intuitive decluttering coach, Tara empowers women to transform their lives by creating order, peace, and beauty in their homes. Your home is a manifestation of what’s going on in your mind. Yet it is also a gateway to healing and up-leveling your body, mind, and spirit. Tara’s program, Align Your Home, guides women through the process of simplifying, organizing, and beautifying their home so they can live in a space they love that supports their day-to-day life, gain mental clarity and emotional bandwidth, and feel a closer connection with God on a regular basis.
When she’s not spending time with her family and soul-sisters, she loves to dive deep into the subjects that interest her...which at the moment are astrology and Human Design 🤩
Jay-B Guarismo Operations Ninja & Fired-Up Dancer
Jay-B is the glue that holds us together. She's a meticulous, task-driven operations ninja. If a project needs management, she's always ready with processes and systems to make it happen with ease.
Jay-B's also in charge of our customer relations for events. When your questions hit our support box, she's there to get you what you need! Please know that the human on the other end is a pure delight.
She dances like nobody's watching, let's her spirit soar to the rhythm of life and fearlessly embraces challenges!
