Often, I encourage you to pause, embrace moments of silence and connect to your inner coach, especially when you are stressed, striving, worried or unsure of a way forward.

What better way to do that than to watch the sunrise? Something most of us rarely have an opportunity to do.

After those 7 minutes of peace, before you return to business as usual, take a moment to reflect on:

*How you feel.

*Where your inner-coach guided you in that moment.

*What the best part of the 7 minutes was for you.
